Decision of International Criminal Court is beginning of bringing Putin to justice - Borrell

The decision of the judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to issue an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin is the beginning of the process of bringing him to justice.

This was stated by EU High Representative Josep Borrell, reports Censor.NЕТ with reference to Ukrinform.

"The ICC's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin for the war crime of illegally deporting and transferring children from Ukraine to Russia is the beginning of the process of bringing him to justice," he wrote.

According to Borrell, the European Union values and supports the work of the International Criminal Court.
