The Kremlin commented on the liquidation of the Russian propagandist Maxim Fomin (Vladlen Tatarsky).

This was reported by Putin's spokesman Dmytro Peskov, Censor.NET reports with reference to RIA Novosti.

"This is a terrorist attack, the active phase of the investigation is underway, we see energetic steps to detain the suspects, the president was immediately informed yesterday," he said.

According to Peskov, the "Kyiv regime" is probably involved in the liquidation of Tatarsky. But he added that "that's why the special operation is being conducted."

The National Anti-Terrorist Committee of the Russian Federation has already accused Ukraine of complicity in the liquidation of the propagandist.

As Censor.NET reported, on April 2, 2023, Russian propagandist Maksym Fomin, better known as Vladlen Tatarsky, was killed in an explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg.

As a result of the explosion, another 25 people were injured.

Darya Trepova, the suspect in Tatarsky's liquidation, was detained.
