Poland will build warehouses for NATO military equipment, - Morawiecki

Poland plans to build weapons depots for several thousand units of NATO military equipment on its territory. This should increase the security of the country.
This was stated by the Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
According to Morawiecki, during the presidency of Poland in the European Union, the country will create a transatlantic partnership during which EU-US relations will be a priority.
The Prime Minister explained that Poland's security is based on two pillars:
- economic cooperation;
- defense cooperation.
During his visit to the United States, Morawiecki expects to strengthen both of the aforementioned pillars. He also plans to expand the arms contracts between Poland and the United States.
"I will not only visit weapons factories but also talk about financial issues. Everyone knows that the order itself is not the most difficult thing, the most difficult thing is to build up financing to be able to fulfill the order on time. Such negotiations will take place on the American financial market, and I will participate in them," added Morawiecki.
The Prime Minister also added that Poland will continue the construction of weapons depots. Together with the USA, Warsaw will create logistics complexes and facilities for equipment.
"Several thousand units of NATO military equipment will be stored in Powidza and other places in Poland. This will increase our security," the prime minister added.
