On left bank of Kherson region, occupiers are preparing for powerful defense, - OC "South"
The Russian military is trying to cover itself with the local population of the left bank of the Kherson region to make a "human shield" for itself on the new lines of defense.
Nataliya Humenyuk, head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense and Security Forces, stated this on the air of the telethon, Censor.NET informs with reference to "Suspilne".
"Maneuvers of the Russian army take place all the time. They try to draw more powerful and prepared forces as far as possible. This is a classic, which we also observed on the right bank. The tactics of their actions are quite cyclical, they are repeated.
As a rule, they replenish the front edge with those who don't mind, and they drag the elite units that are ready to hold the defense a little further. Their logic is clear to us. We know how to prepare our actions," Humeniuk noted.
According to her, the personnel of the enemy on the left bank is not very high-quality. For the most part, these are recently mobilized, who are placed in front-line units. Their maneuvers speak of powerful defensive positions.
The head of the press center added that the Defense Forces are doing very difficult work because the front line runs along a wide river.
"The conditions of a military operation require, indeed, informational silence until it is safe enough for our military. That's why you have to be patient. Everyone is waiting for good news and they will definitely wait for it, but this news should be good for as many of our military as possible," Humenyuk noted.
