The commander of the Special Operations Forces, Brigadier General Viktor Khorenko, visited Bakhmut. He described the situation in the city as difficult but said that the work of the Special Forces proves that quality is superior to quantity.

This was reported by the SOF, Censor.NET informs.

"The situation in Bakhmut is indeed difficult, but who better than you to know what needs to be done and how to act in the current circumstances. Your work here proves once again that the SOF is primarily about quality over quantity," Khorenko told the soldiers.

He stressed the importance of the work of the Special Forces during the defense of Bakhmut and praised the professionalism of the SOF operators.

"Despite the enemy's superiority and massive attacks aimed at destroying urban areas, the SOF's operators strike the enemy in key areas, destroy its personnel and perform several other tasks, impeding the advance of Russian troops," the statement said.
