Oleksii Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, stated this on the air of the telethon, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, the Ukrainian leadership does not rule out that Russian troops may also launch an offensive if the weather improves. However, the Ukrainian military continues to prepare for the liberation of the territory.
Danilov emphasized that the counteroffensive plan is available to a limited number of people, so details about the time and place of the start are closed. He added that no more than 3-5 people have such information.
"When it starts, you will see all this. You and I will understand that what we expected has started. Where, when, when - this question is completely closed for today. Keep this in mind," Danilov said.
The Secretary of the National Security Council also emphasized that the supply of weapons has accelerated recently. This aspect also affects the preparation for a counterattack.
