Loss of colonels is marker of catastrophic situation of Russian army in Bakhmut direction, Cherevaty
The destruction of the Russian colonels had a demoralizing effect on the enemy army.
This was stated by the spokesman of the Eastern Group of Forces, Serhiy Cherevaty, Censor.NET informs with reference to Espreso.
"The loss of colonels on the battlefield is a marker of the catastrophic situation of the Russian army in the Bakhmut direction. Until recently, the monopoly in Bakhmut was Prigozhin with his criminal group. Prigozhin generally threatened to seize the entire Donetsk region. The huge losses in the Bakhmut direction forced Prigozhin to involve regular Russian troops, air - the occupier's airborne and motorized rifle units. But they were not ready for hostilities," he noted.
According to Cherevaty, junior officers of the Russian Federation no longer cope with command. Colonel-level officers have to manage the situation on the battlefield.
"The very fact that several senior officers were on the battlefield and commanded the battle at the company level shows that the junior commanders did not cope. The Russian colonels were forced to carry out crisis management. Of course, our intelligence and our artillerymen, who destroyed these colonels, demoralizing the personnel of the Russian Federation," the spokesman concluded.
