South Korea will provide additional non-lethal aid to Ukraine

South Korea promises to provide additional non-lethal aid to Ukraine, including demining equipment and ambulances.
Such a promise was made to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, by the President of South Korea, Yoon Seok-yeol, during the first ever meeting, Censor.NET informs with reference to Yonhap.
"The president will work on the prompt provision of equipment that Ukraine needs, including demining equipment and ambulances," said South Korean presidential spokesman Lee Do-woon.
According to the spokesman, Yoon made the promise in response to Zelensky's request for additional non-lethal assistance.
Yoon also confirmed South Korea's support for Ukraine, noting that Seoul values an international order based on freedom, international solidarity and rules.
He added that South Korea will support the Ukrainian people until peace is restored.
It will be reminded that Zelensky is currently in Hiroshima, where the summit of the leaders of the G7 countries is taking place.
