Italy prepares a new military aid package for Ukraine
Italian Defense Minister Guido Crozetto announces preparations for another package of military aid to Ukraine.

Crozetto discussed military assistance to Ukraine during a hearing at the parliamentary committee on oversight of intelligence services. However, the content of his speech, as well as the kind of weapons Kyiv will receive from Rome, is classified.
The day before, Il Messaggero wrote that the new package of military aid to Ukraine - the seventh in a row - may include the SAMP/T ground-launched anti-aircraft missile system and other air defense systems.
As a reminder, the SAMP/T system was included in the sixth package of military aid to Ukraine from Italy. In March, Italy trained 20 Ukrainian servicemen in the use of SAMP/T.
