"The second summit of the European Political Community has ended. A historic meeting for Europe, for Moldova. We are stronger than ever as a community, as a European family, and are in full solidarity with Ukraine as long as it takes," Sandu wrote.

"Now we proudly pass the baton to Spain," she concluded.
