Russia lost almost 23,000 of its soldiers in the battles for Bakhmut. Ukraine’s losses in this direction are 7.5 times smaller.
In an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksii Danilov, informed about this, Censor.NET informs.
"Since September 1, when Moscow started using convicts as mercenaries in Bakhmut, 22,816 people have died. Our losses were 7.5 times smaller," Danilov noted.
