US has intelligence confirming Russia’s guilt in Kakhovka HPP bombing - NBC

Влада Сполучених Штатів Америки має розвідувальні дані, які підтверджують, що Росія підірвала Каховську гідроелектростанцію.
According to Censor.NЕТ, this is stated by RBC-Ukraine with reference to NBC News.
"The U.S. government has intelligence that tends to point to Russia as the culprit behind the dam blowing up in Ukraine," the outlet quotes two U.S. officials and one Western official as saying.
At the same time, NBC clarifies that the administration of US President Joe Biden is already working to declassify the intelligence and make it public today, June 6.
As Censor.NET reported, on the morning of June 6, it became known that the Russian occupiers had blown up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. The explosion completely destroyed the engine room, and the station is beyond repair.
Evacuations have begun in the region. As many as 80 settlements may be flooded. In total, 16 thousand people are in the critical zone on the right bank of the Dnipro River. The State Emergency Service has published a list of safe places to evacuate residents of Kherson region and is evacuating people from the flooded areas. The left bank of the Dnipro was particularly badly affected.
The explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant threatens the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, but the situation is now under control. The explosion caused 150 tons of oil to flow into the Dnipro River.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held an emergency meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, which ordered evacuations from the risk areas. The hydroelectric power plant explosion was also discussed at a meeting of the Headquarters.
The Kremlin claims that the Russians were not involved in the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant and puts all the blame on Ukrainians.
