Zelenskyydiscussed situation at front and Ukraine’s accession to NATO with Duda

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had an hour-long conversation with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda. They discussed the situation on the battlefield, the supply of weapons and ammunition to Ukrainian defenders, and Ukraine’s accession to NATO.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, this was stated by Volodymyr Zelensky in Twіtter.
The two leaders discussed the needs of the Ukrainian military to defend itself against Russian invaders. They also discussed further joint work for Ukraine's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance.
The President said that Poland quite realistically perceives the need for Ukraine's membership in NATO and that we are working together with the Poles to develop specific content for the Alliance summit in Vilnius.
"This is exactly the moment when Russian assumptions that someone in NATO is still afraid of Russia must be completely shattered. Such assumptions fuel Russia's aggressive ambitions. We must and can neutralize them. I thank Poland for its support of Ukraine and the real strengthening of NATO," Zelenskyy said.
