Kremlin says that Putin plans to visit Turkey

Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning a visit to Turkey at the invitation of Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan, but there are no specific dates yet.
Putin's aide Yuriy Ushakov told the Russian Interfax about this, Censor.NET reports.
"The President of Turkey has confirmed his invitation to our President (Putin - ed.) to visit Turkey. There are plans, but specific terms have not yet been discussed," Ushakov said.
It should be noted that the mass media previously reported on Putin's possible visits to Turkey, in particular to the opening of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant built by Rosatom, and to the inauguration of Erdogan in June. But they never happened. The last time the presidents of Russia and Turkey met in person was in July 2022 in Iran.
