As informs Censor.NЕТ it was announced in Facebook by Head of the Center for Civil Liberties, Nobel Laureate Oleksandra Matviychuk.
She noted: "The situation is critical, so I received consent to make it public. The family of the Hero of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak needs immediate help. They were among the first victims of Russian aggression.
Volodymyr Rybak was abducted in April 2014. It was Maundy Thursday just before Easter. Alone in front of an angry crowd, he demanded that the state flag be returned to the administrative building in Horlivka. He was severely tortured. Then, still alive, he was thrown into the river, hooked by a trailer hook over his rib. Along with him, the bodies of Kyiv student Yuriy Popravko and 25-year-old Yuriy Dyakovsky from Stryi were found.
His daughter, a schoolgirl at the time, was grieving the loss of her father. Improper treatment led to a sharp deterioration in her condition. The mother quit her job to be with her daughter all the time. They live on social benefits. The family has never publicly asked for help. All these years, they have been dealing with this misfortune alone, with only a few people knowing about the situation and supporting them. The family is desperate, so we need to act quickly.
We are looking for: a psychiatrist abroad who works with complex cases and payment for this treatment and accommodation abroad.
I would be grateful for any ideas and advice in a private messages. If you would like to support the family financially, please write to me and I will send you a personal bank account of Olena Rybak (Volodymyr's wife)."
