Austria will allocate another 18 million euros to help Ukrainians

The Austrian government has decided to allocate another 18 million euros to help Ukrainians who suffered as a result of the Russian invasion.
This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Shallenberg and Vice-Chancellor Werner Kogler, Censor.NET reports with reference to European Pravda.
18 million euros will be allocated from the foreign disaster fund of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the accounts of organizations that work with affected Ukrainian citizens.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Austria, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Committee of the Red Cross will each receive 6 million euros from this amount.
Another 4 million euros will go to the United Nations Children's Fund and 2 million euros to the United Nations Population Fund.
At the expense of these funds, people in Ukraine and Moldova, which received a large number of displaced persons from Ukraine, should receive support.
Thus, Austria's bilateral financial support to Ukraine will exceed 150 million euros.
On Wednesday, Shallenberg will also take part in a conference on the restoration of Ukraine in London.
