Teenagers in occupied Berdiansk were shot by sniper, Ruscists did not try to save their lives, - human rights activist Reshetylova

The circumstances of the death of two teenagers Tigran Hovhannesyan and Mykyta Khanganov in occupied Berdiansk are still unclear.
Olga Reshetylova, co-founder of the Media Initiative for Human Rights, and coordinator of the "War and Justice" direction, told Radio Svoboda about this, Censor.NET reports.
"No one knows how it happened and what was happening at that moment. Today we learned that the boys were killed by sniper shots. Mykyta was killed by a shot to the head, and Tigran was killed by a shot to the heart. That is, the occupation police did not even try to somehow save the boys' lives," she said.
According to Reshetilova's conclusion, even if we assume that the teenagers started shooting first, they did not try to "disarm them in any other way."
"However, despite all that, every time during investigative actions, when the boys were under pressure for half a year, for searches, for investigative experiments, the investigators came with several "jeeps" of law enforcement officers.
And all these investigative actions were accompanied by a huge number of armed guards. On the other hand, in this situation, if we believe the version of the occupiers that it was an attack on policemen, there was no other attempt to prevent these actions of the boys.
But in recent weeks, this pressure has increased incredibly. Because the so-called "investigators" have already prepared an accusation of "sabotage" against them, that they were allegedly preparing to blow up electric poles on the Melitopol railway. And this case should have been brought to court. And this meant that they would most likely be arrested again," said the human rights activist.
She added that the boys ran away from home and were hiding for several days after an investigator under the control of the occupation administration came to them last week. Tigran's mother left Berdiansk with her younger children and could not help him.
"As soon as Tigran showed up at home, this investigator immediately came to him. And they had a very long conversation with him. About what? We don't know. After that, Tigran and Nikita went for a walk around the city. Tigran was still talking to his mother. He was completely calm. He said that he plans to be at home by nine o'clock, that he and Nikita are thinking about how to celebrate Mykyta's birthday because Nikita turned 17 on Sunday," Reshetylova said.
In her opinion, the boy's behavior half an hour before the reports of the shooting did not indicate that he was planning "any risky actions for his life."
"The occupying authorities say that civilians and bystanders were allegedly injured in this shootout. However, we cannot confirm such information at the moment.
We saw all of this correspondence in local chat rooms as the shooting unfolded. This is a very short period. And there was no information that any civilians were injured there," she said.
Reshetylova believes that the occupation authorities are trying to "hang" the murdered for crimes they did not commit.
"Although we understand very well that even if they took such a desperate step, they were made 'terrorists' because they were tortured, abused and they were left with no choice," she added.
Also remind, earlier it was reported that in occupied Berdyansk, the Ruscists killed a teenager who was accused of terrorism. It is known that this is 16-year-old Tigran Hovhannesyan. The Russians also killed 16-year-old Mykyta Khanganov.
The last footage of the life of the Berdiansk's teenager Tigran Hovhannesyan, who was killed by the Russian occupiers, got into the network.
