AFU have success in Bakhmut direction, - General Staff
Defense forces of Ukraine continue the offensive operation in the Melitopol, Berdiansk, and Bakhmut directions, as well as restrain the advance of Russian troops in the Lyman, Avdiivka, and Mariinka directions.
This was reported by the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrii Kovalev, Censor.NET informs with reference to the Military Media Center.
"The Russian occupation forces are putting up strong resistance. At the same time, the enemy is suffering significant losses in personnel, weapons, and equipment," the spokesman said.
The defense forces of Ukraine continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the Lyman, Avdiivka, and Mariinka directions.
At the same time, Ukrainian troops conducted offensive operations in the Bakhmut direction in the areas of Rozdolivka, north of Soledar, south of Paraskoviivka, Zalizniansky, Berkhivka, Klishchiivka, and Kurdiumivka.
"They have been successful, they are consolidating on the milestones they have achieved," Kovalev said.
