We cannot lose US support - Zelensky on US elections
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed confidence that the United States will continue to support Ukraine despite the results of the 2024 US elections.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, Zelensky said this in an interview with the Spanish media, reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to RTVE.
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, the United States has been strongly supporting Ukraine. Both Democrats and Republicans have emphasized the importance of helping us fight the Russian invader.
"There are issues on which we have different points of view, but in any case, Biden supports us, and Congress and both parties support us. We cannot lose the support of the United States," the Ukrainian president said.
Zelenskyy noted that no matter who is elected by the people of the United States, it is important not to lose the support of these two parties, because the United States is a leader in arms and finance, and we cannot lose it.
