Tsentrenergo and Odesa Port Plant privatization competitions to be held at the end of 2015, - Bilous
The key privatization competitions of 2015 will take place in November-December at open auctions.
As reported by Censor.NET citing UNIAN, this was announced by the head of the State Property Fund Ihor Bilous at today's meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers
The major assets include - Tsentrenergo (state energy producer of about 8% of Ukriane's power - ed.), Odesa Port Plant, six regional energy producers.
"We've taken decision regarding the priority assets to be offered at open auctions in very open competitions this year. Among the major assets: Tsentrenergo, Odesa Port Plant, six small local stations and six regional energy producers, whose stocks of shares will be offered at an open tender by public auction. The main sales are planned for November-December this year," he said.
As reported earlier, some foreign companies are interested in privatizing Tsentrenergo.
