NATO has agreed on defense plans in case of war with Russia, - Reuters

NATO nations have agreed on regional plans that outline how the alliance would respond to a potential Russian attack. The Turkish veto was overcome.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Reuters.
In these plans, NATO will provide Allies with recommendations on the modernization of the armed forces and logistical support.
The need to finance these changes is one of the reasons why Allied leaders intend to raise the military spending target in Vilnius, making the current target of 2% of national GDP the minimum requirement.
NATO officials estimate that these plans will take several years to fully implement, although they stress that the Alliance can enter the fray immediately if necessary.
Turkey blocked approval of the Alliance's plans because of wording on geographic locations such as Cyprus. Apparently, Turkey's veto was overcome.
It will be recalled that NATO wants to have 300,000 troops ready to enter the battle on the eastern flank within thirty days in the event of a war with Russia.
