Judge Tandyr was in state of alcohol intoxication when he hit National Guardsman to death: result of forensic examination

Forensic psychological examination showed that the judge of the Makariv District Court, Oleksiy Tandyr, was drunk at the wheel when he hit and killed National Guardsman Vadym Bondarenko.
About the results of the forensic examination, ICTV Facts was exclusively informed by the press service of the SBI, Censor.NET informs.
It was noted there that Judge Tandyr, having special legal knowledge and professional skills, took measures to hide traces of alcohol intoxication and make it impossible to determine the amount of alcohol in the biological fluids taken from him.
However, the investigation has already conducted several examinations, and some are still at the final stage.
"According to the obtained results, we can state that the fact that Judge Tandyr was in a state of alcohol intoxication at the time of the fatal road accident is proven. In particular, this is fully confirmed by the conclusions of the forensic psychological examination," the press service of the SBI reports.
The investigation is still awaiting the results of a blood alcohol test.
It will be recalled that on the night of May 26, the judge of the Makariv District Court, Oleksii Tandyr, drunkenly beat a National Guardsman to death at a checkpoint in Kyiv.
The SBI reported that the judge refused to undergo the examination.
The PROSUD project noted that earlier Tandyr was distinguished by the release of a large number of drink-driving drivers.
23-year-old National Guardsman Vadym Bondarenko died as a result of a road accident caused by Judge Tandyr. On May 27, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv sent Judge Oleksiy Tandyr to custody.
