Russians are trying to seize initiative in Lyman-Kupiansk direction, - Cherevaty
The defense forces hold the Russian invaders in the Lyman-Kupiansk direction.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Eastern Group of Forces Serhii Cherevaty during a briefing, Censor.NET reports.
"If we talk about the Lyman-Kupiansk direction, where the enemy is trying to seize the initiative. The defense forces are restraining him. This direction is the leader in terms of artillery strikes - the enemy hit 536 times with different calibers of artillery," he said.
In this direction, according to Cherevaty, there were 8 combat clashes, 10 air raids, 34 occupiers were killed, 115 were wounded, an enemy T-72 tank, IFV, "Pion" self-propelled guns, 2 cannons, a drone, 3 ammunition warehouses and 7 cars that were transporting this ammunition.
