PGO reports suspicion to ex-Minister of Justice Lavrynovych

As reported by Censor.NET, the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine announced that 8.5 million hryvnias "were unlawfully and unreasonably spent by Lavrynovych to remunerate a foreign company for concealing the facts of criminal violations of law by law enforcement bodies and court in carrying out the investigation and trial regarding the Tymoshenko case."

As reported earlier, the PGO reported suspicion to a former Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine of the commission of a crime under Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, with a request for the preventive measure of pretrial detention having been filed to the Pechersk Court of Kyiv on July 1, 2015.
