Russia’s goal is to turn occupied territories of Ukraine into "grey zone" - land unsuitable for cultivation and life, Danilov

Russia has no plans to restore the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The goal of the Kremlin is to create a "gray zone", an all-Russian garbage dump.
As Censor.NET writes about this with reference to the statement on Twitter of the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov.
"Russia does not have any real plans to restore the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The reality is only an information sham. The goal is to turn TOT into a "gray zone" of a permanently ongoing ecological disaster, an all-Russian landfill, land unsuitable for cultivation and life," he wrote.
The impossibility of defeating Ukraine by military means is turning into attempts to compensate for military failures with "scorched earth" tactics, Danilov adds.
The Secretary of the NSDC noted that Russia does not plan to restore the work of enterprises in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine with the aim of including them in the economic and energy system of the Russian Federation.
According to him, the Russians want to bring the not-yet-destroyed enterprises to a critical state, including for the possibility of using critical infrastructure objects as "technological weapons" to create maximum obstacles to the offensive actions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
"Only the complete de-occupation of TOT is a guarantee of economic and social transformation," Danilov emphasized.
