First group of best pilots sent to Denmark for F-16 training - Ignat

The first group of pilots has already left for Denmark, where they will be trained on the F-16.
This was stated by the Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat during the telethon, Censor.NET reports.
"We have now sent a group to Denmark, which was appointed by the Air Force Commander. They are some of the best pilots who should be the first to master and fly to Ukraine. These were the best pilots, the most promising, who will be able to quickly learn together with the aviation engineering staff," he said.
"We expect the first group to be followed by the second, then the third, and so on. When we are able to send as many people as possible to all the sites provided by our partners, it will not be just Denmark, to cover the training process as effectively as possible. The issue is the sites and instructors," added the Air Force spokesman.
Ihnat noted that there are still pilots in Ukraine who will defend the skies and fight the occupiers with the equipment that Ukraine currently has.
