Anti-corruption court seized the assets of the defendants in the "Rotterdam+" case

The panel of judges of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the request of the SAP prosecutor and seized the property of the defendants in the "Rotterdam+" case.

In particular, the seizure was imposed on the real estate objects of the former head of the NCREKP, namely on an apartment with a total area of 41.3 square meters located in Kyiv. m and a building with a total area of 243.2 square meters. m in the Kyiv region.
Also, two apartments of the former general director of "DTEK Networks" were arrested - one with a total area of 81.90 square meters. m, located in Kyiv, the other - with an area of 72.4 square meters. m in Donetsk.
A Kyiv apartment with a total area of 97.4 square meters was arrested by the former general director of DTEK Skhidenergo. m, a building with a total area of 219.6 square meters. m and two plots of land.
The decision enters into legal force from the moment of its announcement and is not subject to separate appeals.
We remind you that, according to the version of the investigation, the so-called "Rotterdam+" formula included costs that did not actually exist, namely, the transportation of coal from the national producer to thermal power plants from the port in Rotterdam. As a result, according to NABU and SAP, end consumers overpaid more than UAH 39 billion during 2016-2019, which is confirmed by the expert's opinion.
