Ukrainian defenders continue offensive despite the snow - ISW
In the east and south, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue offensive operations despite the rainy and snowy weather.
This is stated in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Censor.NET informs.
At the same time, Russian shelling of the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson region has significantly decreased due to poor weather conditions.
ISW experts report that both Russian and Ukrainian troops have difficulty controlling drones, including for adjusting artillery fire, due to poor weather conditions along the entire frontline.
The ISW believes that frosty winter weather conditions are likely to lead to a resumption of more active hostilities, and the ongoing rainy weather is unlikely to stop Ukrainian and Russian attempts to advance.
