EU will allocate 20 million euros for Ukrainian startups
The European Innovation Council will allocate 20 million euros to support Ukrainian startups within the Seeds of Bravery program.
This was reported in the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Censor.NET informs.
"Thanks to the project, about 200 Ukrainian startups can receive €12 million in grant funding. The focus is Deep Tech development," the report said.
The program provides 5 types of support with the ability to attract up to €60 thousand to one startup:
- Innovation Services (up to 10 thousand euros)
- Entrepreneurship (up to 25 thousand euros);
- Deep Tech Incubation (up to 25 thousand euros);
- Rebuilding Ukraine (up to 25 thousand euros);
- Deep Tech Scale-Up (up to 50 thousand euros).
A grant of up to 10 thousand euros can be obtained now. This money can be used to improve the business model, business plan or develop a growth strategy.
In addition, the participants will be trained in promoting projects and entering international markets, as well as integrating the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem into the European network.
