Kirby: Strengthening Ukraine’s air defense is priority for US in future aid packages

Strengthening Ukraine’s air defense will be a top priority in the formation of future lists of arms packages as part of U.S. assistance.
This was stated at a briefing by the coordinator of the White House National Security Council, John Kirby, Censor.NET reports.
According to the official, the United States wants to make air defense systems and equipment the main item on the list of arms supplies for the Ukrainian side amid ongoing Russian air attacks.
He added that the US presidential administration plans to implement this as soon as it is possible to resume the transfer of aid packages to Ukraine.
