The Russian occupation forces shelled Kharkiv with missiles whose country of origin was not Russia.

This was announced by the head of the RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform.

According to him, remnants of Iskander-M were found in Kharkiv, but they were not manufactured in Russia, and the markings on them were erased.

"We are now conducting all the necessary research to establish the country of origin. I will say in advance that the markings have been erased from these missiles. However, what we can see is that the country of manufacture is not the Russian Federation, so to speak. When we have more precise information from the General Staff, from our intelligence, we will report it immediately," he said.

As a reminder, White House National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby said that Russia fired ballistic missiles from the DPRK at Ukraine.
