Shuliak: I will sign Bezuhla’s statement of resignation from faction and Servant of People party as soon as it is received

The head of the Servant of the People party, Olena Shuliak, said that she would sign the statement of her colleague Mariana Bezuhla to resign from the faction and the Servant of the People party as soon as such statement is received.
She said this in an interview with Hlavkom, answering the question of how the story of Bezuhla's "expulsion" from the committee will end and whether they will raise questions about her membership in the political council, Censor.NET reports.
"As for the committee, the relevant decision will be made by the deputies during the parliamentary session. As for Mariana's membership in the party and in the political council, after she announced her desire to leave, I will sign her resignation as soon as I receive it, because we do not keep people who are not ready to work as a team. I think it would be fair to the voters for her to resign. After all, she was elected as a deputy from the Servant of the People, a deputy from a pro-presidential political force, not a self-nominated candidate," Shuliak said.
When asked whether the scandals around Bezuhla had harmed the party, the deputy replied: "Everything that divides the party is harmful. But we need to talk about some honest things that are unpleasant for someone. We're not the Communist Party, and we don't live in the USSR to shut someone up. But I would like to see more things that unite rather than divide."
"We had various discussions about Mariana, but that's normal. It would have been worse if there had been a single instruction," Shuliak said.
As reported, the day before, People's Deputy Mariana Bezuhla announced that she had decided to leave the Servant of the People faction and party.
