Russia is training UAV operators in Syria for war against Ukraine - DIU

At the Shayrat military airfield in Syria, Russian operators of Iranian-made drones are being trained for the war against Ukraine.
This was reported by Censor.NET with the reference to press service of DIU.
As noted, the training for Russians is conducted by the "Lebanese Hezbollah Police" and the "Iranian Revolutionary Guard" on the territory of the Syrian military airfield "Shayrat".
The Lebanese-Iranian-Russian training course provides for mastering the Shahed-136 and Ababil-3 UAVs, as well as the Raad remotely piloted aircraft.
Ukrainian intelligence has clarified that the military training is led by one of Hezbollah's commanders, Kamal Abu Sadik, who specializes in the manufacture and maintenance of drones.
"Along with the Russians, Syrian mercenaries are training, whom Moscow plans to use in the war against Ukraine as UAV operators," the DIU press service adds.
