Ukraine may receive first batches of ammunition under Czech initiative in April - Shmyhal

Ukraine may receive the first batch of ammunition, for which the Czech Republic is currently raising funds, as early as April.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
According to the head of government, during the EU-Ukraine Association Council, which took place today in Brussels, the issue of finding additional resources to the funds currently being raised by the Czech Republic for the purchase of artillery shells for our country was raised. Ukraine expects to receive the first batch of ammunition in April.
"We will have them on the battlefield in the near future. This is important because we are interested in the speed, quality and timeliness of the supply," the Prime Minister said.
Shmyhal noted that the European initiative to purchase shells for Ukraine is a separate direction. This is an additional resource that our country will also receive this year. Schedules are currently being worked out.
