Zelenskyy released his declaration for last year: Family income has tripled
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has published a declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government on property, income, expenses and financial liabilities for 2023. In 2023, the income of the President and his family members amounted to UAH 12.42 million, compared to UAH 3.69 million a year earlier.
This was reported by the President's website, Censor.NET reports.
According to the declaration, the income of the Head of State and his family members amounted to UAH 12 million 423 thousand 008, including income from the sale of government bonds - UAH 7 million 455 thousand 972.
In 2023, Volodymyr Zelenskyy's family's income mainly consisted of salaries, bank interest, and income from renting real estate. In total, this amount amounted to UAH 4 million 967 thousand 036.
According to the declaration of 2022, the income of the head of state and his family members amounted to UAH 3.69 million, and in 2021 - UAH 10.82 million.
The President's Office explained the increase in income compared to the previous year by the resumption of rent payments.
The cash balance of the President's family at the end of last year decreased by almost UAH 2 million 800 thousand.
In 2023, there were no other significant changes in assets, real estate, vehicles, etc.
