Another shipment of equipment worth UAH 18 million is being sent to the troops. This includes half a thousand deadly FPV drones, ATVs for evacuating the wounded, charging stations for electronic warfare systems and the permanent deficit of truck tires.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the ES press service.
According to Petro Poroshenko, who has been in touch with more than a hundred brigades and battalions since the beginning of the full-scale war, volunteer forces are depleted, while the army's needs are growing.
"These are very difficult times. The events in the East and South give us reason to worry about our soldiers, but we have to do our part. We are in direct contact with more than 100 brigades, regiments and separate battalions. And we are transporting what is needed right now and already," Poroshenko explains.
"From 50 to 400 FPV drones in a batch. ATVs have proven to be very effective for evacuating the wounded. And you remember about the tires - they are still a treasure," Poroshenko shows the cargo prepared for the front.
"The matter we are currently dealing with is electronic warfare, cybersecurity and the fight against Russian radio intelligence. We are doing a good job. Unfortunately, I cannot say more about it. But you will see for yourself. We are delivering Bluetti charging stations to our Ai-Petri SV complexes for radio reconnaissance and countering enemy assets. We are delivering them to our military friends," Poroshenko said.
"We are doing everything to provide our soldiers with the equipment and weapons they will use to destroy the enemy on all fronts," the fifth President said.
As you know, six months ago, Petro Poroshenko invested UAH 150 million in the development and production of the latest I-Petri SV electronic warfare systems. The troops have already received 10 of these systems. Another 10 systems are to be delivered in the near future. According to Poroshenko, it is necessary to cover the entire front line with electronic warfare systems that are effective against Russian drones. Therefore, the project will be scaled up. The team of engineers is in constant direct communication with the crew commanders to improve technological solutions without wasting time.
