Media report explosion in Kharkiv

On the evening of Monday, 22 July, an explosion occurred in Kharkiv.

This was reported by Suspilne Kharkiv, Censor.NET reports.

The explosion was heard at 18:35. It sounded before the air raid warning went off, which lasted almost 19 hours.
