More than 60,000 people remain in Pokrovsk, more than 500 evacuated every month - CMA chief Dobriak

60,000 people remain in Pokrovsk, including 4,000 children, and another 4,000 children have been evacuated. More than 500 people are evacuated from the city every month.
According to Censor.NET, the head of the Pokrovsk city military administration, Serhiy Dobriak, said this on Radio Liberty.
He noted that the evacuation train leaves once every eight days.
"Now people from Toretsk are coming to our evacuation hub, you know what horror is happening there. They go through commissions and register. Because there will be payments there, payments are made on departure, through Ukrposhta. That's why it's so planned. So it's not just a matter of coming to the train. If a person arrives and the train is still five or six days away, we have a shelter where they can wash and eat three hot meals a day. They are now travelling to the Volyn region. Volyn is the host region, as well as Rivne region. This is organised through the government, through the Donetsk Regional State Administration," he said.
