Prisoner of war, ’Azov’ fighter Oleksandr Ishchenko dies in Russian detention centre

One of the captured Ukrainian soldiers of the Azov regiment, 55-year-old Oleksandr Ishchenko, died in a Russian detention center.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Russian media outlet Mediasona.
This became known during a meeting of the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don, which is considering the case of Ishchenko and 23 other soldiers of the Azov regiment.
According to media reports, the pre-trial detention center has not yet provided the court with documents confirming Ishchenko's death. The exact date and cause of death are also unknown.

Ishchenko is involved in the "case" along with 23 other Ukrainians, two of whom (David Kasatkyn and Dmytro Labynskyi) were later exchanged. The Russian Federation accuses them of alleged involvement in a "terrorist organization" and an "attempted violent seizure of power" in the occupied part of the Donetsk region.
