General Staff confirms attack on enemy airfield Morozovsk: hitting warehouses with ammunition
Coordinated and effective combat work of the Defense Forces of Ukraine against important objects of the Russian invaders continues. Tonight, the Defense Forces struck the Morozovsk airfield (Rostov region, Russian Federation).
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press center of the General Staff.
As noted, hits were recorded in warehouses with ammunition, where, in particular, guided aerial bombs were stored.
"Information regarding the destruction of air defense equipment and enemy aviation equipment is being clarified. The task was carried out by the forces and means of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the message says.
The General Staff also informs that the Defense Forces of Ukraine attacked several oil depots and fuel and lubricant storage facilities of the Russian occupiers in the Belgorod, Kursk, and Rostov regions. Information is available regarding the hitting and subsequent ignition of at least two tanks with petroleum products.
More detailed results of the lesion are being clarified.
Ukrainian defenders continue to methodically undermine the military and economic potential of the Russian army to force the invaders to stop armed aggression against Ukraine.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that explosions rang out in the Rostov region at night, and a fire broke out at the military airfield.
