On the left bank of the Oskol River in the region, there are virtually no communications due to Russian shelling.
Oleh Synehubov, head of the RMA, said this on the air of the telethon, Censor.NET reports.
"The Kupiansk direction remains the most difficult. We have organized evacuation from there, almost 1,500 people have already left since September. We evacuated 100 people yesterday. The plan for today is 250 people. The priority is the left bank of the Oskol because there are currently no communications - heat supply, water supply, electricity supply - as a result of shelling. We have to evacuate approximately 2,500 people from those territories," he explained.
According to Synegubov, in the Kharkiv region, they plan to evacuate almost 10,500 residents, in particular, from the Boriv district of Izium district, where mandatory forced evacuation of families with children has been announced.134 families with children are also subject to evacuation.
The head of the RMA noted that people are mainly transported to Kharkiv, but they can choose any other region if they wish.
