The situation on the battlefield in Ukraine cannot be changed by any single weapons system, because the overall impact of Ukraine's military potential is important.
This was stated by the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, in a column for Foreign Affairs magazine, Censor.NET reports.
"There is no silver bullet (a simple solution to a complex problem - ed.). No single(military - ed.) capability can change the situation. No single system will stop Putin's attack," the U.S. minister said.
Austin emphasizes that the cumulative impact of Ukraine's military capabilities and focusing on what works is important.
In his column for Foreign Affairs, Austin also notes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has not achieved any of his strategic goals during the full-scale war against Ukraine.
