Russia reports an attack by Ukrainian drones on 10 November. The "Carpet" plan is announced at Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports. Departing and arriving flights were delayed. Explosions were heard in Ramenskoye, Moscow region.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that air defense forces in the Ramensky urban district had destroyed four drones flying towards Moscow.
Residents of Ramenskoye also reported hearing explosions. According to preliminary reports, there was no damage or injuries at the site of the crash. Emergency services are working at the scene.
Later, Sobyanin announced the destruction of 13 more drones. He noted that they were destroyed by the Defence Ministry's air defense forces in the urban districts of Ramenki, Domodedovo, and Kolomna.
