Enemy attacks Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. Fire breaks out, 15 people are injured, civilian infrastructure is damaged (updated)

"Kharkiv and the district: stay in shelters," writes the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov.
"There was an explosion in Kharkiv. Be careful! The strike hit the Kyivskyi district of the city. There is a fire at the site of the hit," informs Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"The Russian army struck at Kharkiv. According to preliminary data, the strike was in the central part of Kharkiv. Emergency services have arrived at the site of the hit," added Sinehubov.

According to Terekhov, 6 people were injured as a result of the strike in the central part of the city.
According to the CMA, a fire broke out on one of the central streets as a result of the strike. Civilian infrastructure and cars were damaged.
"The number of victims has increased to ten," Terekhov wrote at 8:50 a.m.
"The hit was in the central part of the city, an area of dense residential buildings. The hit was in the courtyards around which there are multi-storey buildings. Outbuildings and cars were on fire. All relevant services and volunteers are working at the scene," Terekhov later said.
Five people are currently hospitalized, Syniehubov added.
As of 9:05 a.m., 13 people were reported injured, 9 of them hospitalized.
As of 9.22 a.m., the number of victims increased to 15.
Rescuers contained the fire as a result of enemy shelling.
The hit was to the ground. Three cars and the facade of a two-story non-residential building were on fire, and the windows of residential buildings were damaged.
