"Threatening" situation in Chasiv Yar, Ukrainian Defense Forces hold back enemy - Luhansk OTG. MAP
A "threatening" situation has developed in the city of Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, the enemy has amassed a large number of troops near the city to attack.
This was reported by Anastasia Bobovnikova, a spokeswoman for the Luhansk tactical group of troops, in a commentary to Suspilne, Censor.NET reports.
"I have to admit that the situation in Chasiv Yar is threatening. The enemy has already amassed a significant number of troops and is beginning to use various tactics in the hope that one of them will work. So far, we are holding them back, but the situation is threatening," she said.
According to her, Ukrainian defenders are now managing to hold back the Russian invaders' attacks, but the situation is threatening.
"The enemy is trying to attack. A lot of Russian army servicemen are already near Chasiv Yar," said Bobovnikova.
Situation in the area of responsibility of the "Luhansk" OTG
The Russian army is amassing at the Kramatorsk and Siversk directions, but is not conducting active operations, said the spokesperson for the Luhansk OTG.
On the contrary, Russians are actively storming Ukrainian positions in Toretsk and "advancing at an incredible speed," she added.
In the area of responsibility of the Luhansk OTG, there are about 1,500 attacks per day and 10 to 20 air strikes. The Russians can drop up to 30 guided aerial bombs daily, the spokeswoman said.
"This completely erases the cities ofthe Donetsk and Luhansk regions. This is a very large number of KABs," Bobovnikova summarized.
