"Of the 26 shellings that Kharkiv experienced in November, 14 had direct destructive consequences for the housing stock," Terekhov said.

Thus, according to the mayor, in November 2024, 199 residential buildings, 3,248 apartment windows, 28 roofs, 970 windows in public areas, and 703 balcony glazing were damaged in Kharkiv.

"By this time, we have managed to close almost all apartment windows, all windows in common areas, 67% of balconies, and repair half of the damaged roofs," the mayor said.

It is also reported that the city's utilities have engaged up to 450 specialists and up to 50 pieces of equipment to eliminate the consequences of Russian strikes.

"However, the restoration would have been much more difficult without the help of volunteers who worked side by side with the repair teams and supported the affected Kharkiv residents. We are grateful to everyone for that," Terekhov added.
