Trial against Mosiichuk did not take place this morning, - MP Liashko
This was announced by leader of Radical Party Oleh Liashko on the margins of the Verkhovna Rada, Censor.NET reports.
"Unfortunately, no trial is taking place at the moment. Yesterday, the trial was scheduled for 9 a.m. But when we got there, it turned out that the investigator had not arrived. The lawyer said it was unclear when the trial was to take place. This means they are stealthily postpone the hearing in order to conduct it secretly and prevent the case from public consideration," Liashko says.
He also characterized yesterday's detainment in the Verkhovna Rada as a lawless act.
As reported, yesterday, the Parliament approved the arrest of people's deputy Mosiichuk. After that, he was detained on the spot.
