US did not warn about elimination of Russian General Kirillov in Moscow
The United States of America has not received any prior notification of the preparations to liquidate the chief of the Russian Armed Forces' radiation, chemical and biological defence troops, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.

He noted that "the United States did not know in advance about the operation" that resulted in Kirillov's death.
"We do not support or facilitate this kind of activity," the source told AFP.
As reported, on 17 December, the SSU conducted a special operation, eliminating the head of the Russian Armed Forces' radiation, chemical and biological defence troops, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
