Lubinets against lowering mobilization age: We have enough men from 30 to 45 years old, this is most effective category

Ukraine should not agree to lower the mobilization age.
This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets. During an interview with UP, Censor.NET reports.
If we take away these young men who have no families, no children, we will automatically have no future for Ukraine. In my opinion, we still have a fairly large number of middle-aged men - from 30 to 45 years old," the ombudsman emphasized.
"This is the most effective category of Ukrainian citizens who can fight and probably should fight," Lubinets added.
Complaints about the actions of the TCRSS
He also said that as of December 2024, he had received almost four thousand complaints about the actions of TCRSS representatives during mobilization activities. Zakarpattia is the region with the highest number of such complaints, followed by Kropyvnytskyi.
"There are cases when, at my request, a separate meeting of the MMC was convened, a full analysis was conducted, and it was recorded that a person who had previously been recognized as "completely healthy" at the MMC was actually ill. As a result, this man was mobilized, but he went to the Armed Forces exclusively for logistics, and they immediately found a unit where he was offered a specific position," he said.
