250 combat engagements were registered at frontline over last day. Defence forces repelled enemy attacks in 11 sectors, - General Staff
Over the past 24 hours, 250 battles between the defence forces and the army of the aggressor country Russia were recorded at the frontline.

Strikes on Ukraine
Yesterday, the enemy launched three missile attacks (three rockets) and 35 air strikes, dropping 36 GABs on the positions of Ukrainian units and localities. In addition, it made over 4,250 shellings, including 178 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out air strikes in the vicinity of populated areas, in particular, Oleksandrivka, Vovchanski Khutory, Udy and Ulakly.
Hostilities in the east
In the Kharkiv sector, one combat engagement took place in the vicinity of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, the number of attacks totalled 26 over the last day. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Petropavlivka, Kolisnykivka and Lozova.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked 24 times near Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Nadiia, Yampolivka and Terny.
Five attempts to attack the positions of our troops were repelled by Ukrainian defenders in the Siverskyi sector near Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy tried to advance five times in the area of Chasiv Yar, Hryhorivka and in the direction of Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 13 attacks near Toretsk, Dyliivka and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 48 assaults in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachenske, Zelene, Novovasylivka, Chumatske and Novoolenivka, where the invaders, supported by air power, tried to force our units out of their positions.
In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian defence forces repelled 25 attacks near Sontsivka, Stari Terny, Kurakhove and Dachne, where the enemy tried to break through the defences of our troops.
In the Vremivka sector, the enemy also carried out 25 assault actions near Kostiantynopilske, Rozlyv, Velyka Novosilka, Blahodatne, Novyi Komar and Storozheve.
Situation in the south and north
Once the occupier tried to break through to Novoandriivka in the Orikhivskyi sector, but was repelled.
In the Prydniprovskyi sector, there were five combat engagements with the enemy in the island zone of the Dnieper delta. The enemy was not successful.
The Ukrainian Defence Forces continue operations in the Kursk region. The enemy's aircraft continue to strike at its own territory. Over the past 24 hours, Russian aircraft conducted 21 air strikes, dropping 31 GABs. Ukrainian defenders repelled 68 assault attacks by the invaders.
No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, shells settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine.
Strikes on the enemy
At the same time, our soldiers continue to inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, depleting the enemy along the entire frontline.
Yesterday, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces conducted four strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and weapons and on three other important enemy targets.
In total, the Russian invaders suffered 1,530 casualties over the past day. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralised five tanks, 27 armoured combat vehicles, 14 artillery systems, one air defence system, 51 operational and tactical UAVs, 68 vehicles and four units of enemy special equipment.
